Our Basic Website Care Plan is designed for those who have a small website with few pages of content that doesn’t change frequently.
Updating your security software on a regular basis, getting regular technical support, and being able to pay as you go are all things we provide. There is a great deal of value in having someone else take care of your WordPress website’s preventative maintenance.
If your website is hacked or not, we can try to prevent it from happening if you haven’t. A monthly report will outline the steps we’ve taken to protect your data, including nightly backups, security scans, and any other actions we’ve taken.

We have three choices. Each is dependent on your website and your company’s requirements. How frequently do you update your website? How many visitors do you have in a given month? Are you selling goods and services?
How do I go about requesting assistance?
Send an email to email@example.com to request assistance. Your email will generate a ticket in our support system, and our customer service manager will provide daily status updates until your request is resolved.
Major design or website feature changes are not covered by the Care Plans. If you need large-scale changes made to your website, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss your needs.
Here are some specific examples:
Google Search Console: If you encounter an error in Google Search Console, please report it to us. We’ll do our best to see if there’s anything we can fix in less than 5 minutes. If it is a major search engine optimization issue that falls outside the scope of the care plan, these errors are usually only temporary.
SEO: If you do not have our SEO Package, we cannot be held liable for how your website performs organically on Search Engines. SEO is a complex process that necessitates regular content, research, and analysis. If you want to expand your organic reach, please visit our SEO page.
Broken Links: A report on broken links will be included in your monthly report. If they are broken internal links, we will repair them. If they are external, you must provide the correct link; however, we will correct it as part of your care plan.
The entire purpose of our care plans is preventative care, so we hope to avoid anything from happening. However, if your website is hacked or goes down, we will be right by its side, communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf. We cannot guarantee that your website will not be hacked, but we can guarantee that we will do everything we can to prevent it and assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website using one of our backups.
Although these plans are typically for websites that we build or redesign, we welcome clients who want to establish a long-term relationship with us providing website support and maintenance services.
We like to start with a Website Audit and Review to familiarize ourselves with the website, how it was built, and any potential issues that may arise. With the evaluation, we will complete all “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and create a full backup. Most importantly, we will create a list of issues to address and suggestions for improvement in order to move forward with the website on a monthly basis. This Website Evaluation is a fixed 3-hour fee based on the type of website you have.
Sure, no problem. If you discover that the Care Plan you are on is not appropriate for your company, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will adjust your plan and subscription for the following month.
We value our relationship with you and your website, so we would be sad to see you go, but we understand that financial considerations play a role in many decisions, and we don’t want to lock anyone in.
We require 30 days’ notice to cancel your care plan. You must make a formal cancellation request.

If a task requires more than your allocated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. However, we will often evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, we will work past the time limit and bill for time exceeded at a discounted Care Plan rate of $50/hr. Our standard hourly rate is $60.
The monthly time, like a lawyer’s retainer, is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources. As a result, it does not rollover. You can rest assured that whatever you request will be addressed with priority by our team within your time frame (depending on your plan).
Email is our preferred method of communication because it provides the quickest response. However, we know that talking on the phone or making a video call can help us come up with new ideas. These consultations are only available to our Webmaster clients. They aid in focusing the website’s trajectory for growth and improvement.
It is determined by the number of change requests and the nature of the change. It could also be determined by how busy we are on that particular day. Our goal is to respond to change requests within 24-48 business hours. You will be assigned a unique ticket number that will allow you to track communication and status. You’ll always be aware of where you are in the course of your transformation.
Each package is for a single standard WordPress website.
We require your website login and password in order to conduct a WordPress website audit. The fee for this audit service would be $350. Following the completion of the audit, we can discuss which Care Plan is best suited to your company.
